The staff are really nice especially Sas and Sultan…everyone is helpful ???? Me and my husband had a combined booking from 5-13 April and our family loved our stay here…very accessible and close to everything including meeting points for tours we booked ️

Waffle maker available in the lobby
- The location, close to the port - Nice smiling staff at the reception, pleasant to talk with - Tasty breakfast, good selection - Waffle maker available in the lobby, you can make your own Waffle and chill in the lobby - Good size of the shower corner
The parking spaces are actually not in/at the hotel as stated but few blocks away, in the Tromsø underground parketing. After all we didn't mind, it is normal for Tromsø and it worked well. The instructions were clear and there are many spots.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Great location and had a view from my room. Lovely breakfast with waffles at night. Had an enjoyable stay, good value for money and would recommend.

Very nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good too! Lots to chose from!
The beds were not particularly comfortable. Not the cleanest rooms either.
